Single row, mounted, with box filling function, multifunctional use

Our Combi-1010C is a tractor mounted, single-row toplifter, with an integrated box filling system. The machine is characterised by its top-lifting assy. This results in high efficiency, cleaning capacity and crop protection. The top-lifting assy is equipped with user-friendly features. Such as a quick release system for the pick-up belt, maintenance-free mounted top lifter rollers and an overload protection system, which are otherwise only found in trailed and self-propelled technology. In addition, the Combi-1010C offers various adjustment options and automatic functions. The machine is suitable for small and medium-sized farms. It is mouted in the lower links of the tractor as well as in an interaxle attachment frame. A share loosens the soil below the root. The rotating torpedoes raise the haulm/carrot tops so that it can be pulled out by the clamping belt. Afterwards, a root-cleaner removes adhering soil. The tops of the crop are cut off at their base by a cutting unit and ejected behind the machine. The carrots are conveyed into the boxes with the help of the picking table conveyor. For this purpose, the machine can be equipped with different crate platforms.

• Operation is via "ProFace" touchscreen operator terminal incl. a control box.
